Senior researcher / group leader
In this role, you will contribute to the development of compounds being developed across multiple therapeutic areas including Immunology, Cardiovascular, and Oncology by leading the design of clinical studies to characterize the pharmacokinetic, pharmacodynamic, and drug metabolism properties of these compounds, as well as the analysis, interpretation and reporting of data from such studies. You will also plan, execute, and report on model-based pharmacokinetic and exposure-response analyses of data from clinical studies. In addition, you will represent the clinical pharmacology and pharmacometric functions on cross-functional drug development teams, contribute to regulatory submissions, and participate in interactions with health authorities.
- A PhD or PharmD in pharmaceutical sciences or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the design, conduct, and reporting of pharmacokinetic, pharmacodynamic, and drug metabolism studies, and pharmacometric analyses of data from such studies.
- The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of current practices and issues in clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics, strong written and oral communication skills necessary to report on and deliver scientific presentations, and will have demonstrated the ability to work in a dynamic team oriented environment. Experience with the following software is highly desired: NONMEM, R, and WinNonlin.
