Lab of Dr. Stephanie Yanow
Two postdoc positions are available to work on projects to develop a vaccine against malaria in pregnancy. Applicants will study mechanisms of host immunity to malaria in pregnancy and develop target antigens as vaccine candidates. Seeking applicants with skills in vaccinology, peptide chemistry, epitope mapping, immunology, biochemistry and molecular biology. Experience in malaria research is ideal but not essential.
- Strong track record of publications
- Enthusiasm to work as part of a team
- Experience supervising undergraduate and junior graduate students
- Strong written and oral communication skills
